TrueX is a lightweight handheld X-ray fluorescence analyzer designed for fast, non-destructive elemental analysis in the field, factory, laboratory, and inspection environment. With a 1.5 kg body, Na-U detection range, adjustable 50 kV/200 μA maximum excitation source, 4.3-inch resistive touchscreen, and optional Si-PIN or SDD detector, it supports rapid analysis of metals, alloys, ores, soil, coatings, consumer products, and cultural heritage materials.
The analyzer supports USB, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, 32G internal storage, Excel/PDF data export, remote maintenance, optional GPS, portable printing, reference samples, and approximately 8 hours of battery operation.
