The SpeSense SR300L-01 Micro-Raman Microscope System combines optical microscopy, Raman spectroscopy and spatial mapping for non-destructive microscopic analysis of materials, chemicals and biological samples. Supporting 532 nm, 785 nm and 1064 nm excitation configurations, the system offers flexible measurement for samples with different fluorescence characteristics and analytical requirements. With objective options from 10x to 100x, mapping areas up to 130 × 85 mm, 200 nm step resolution and high-sensitivity CCD or InGaAs detectors, the SR300L-01 is well suited for microscopic composition analysis, Raman imaging, structural research, materials science and advanced laboratory spectroscopy.
